Beyond your initial set-up you may wish to use the services of your Consultant to help you and your team to get the most out of your system. The Basic Training Package will include familiarization with the system, and hands-on learning of the dashboard screen, and features on the Customer, Field Services and Vendor Centre screens.


There are additional Training Packages available, should you wish, for example, to have someone, to be trained specifically in giving in-house support to your system, or on how to perform more advanced tasks such as creating reports or customizing screens and forms.
